OpportunityLabs.io – Stripe Fulfillment Policy
Effective June 3, 2025
This policy satisfies Stripe’s fulfillment‑information requirement and explains how we deliver digital products and subscription‑based services, handle refunds, returns, cancellations, and other customer‑service matters. It will be updated if our business model changes (e.g., we add physical merchandise). Nothing here limits any statutory right you may have under applicable law.
1. Refund Policy

Partial refunds, pro‑rated credits, or account credits are granted only if required by local law or explicitly stated in a separate service contract.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
2.1 Digital Products
- Download links (or account‑based unlocks) are dispatched instantly to the email address used at checkout.
- If you do not receive the delivery email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact philip@opportunitylabs.io for a fresh link.
- Digital downloads are provided in industry‑standard formats (PDF, EPUB, CSV, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring your device can open the file.
2.2 Service Delivery
- Subscription services begin immediately after successful payment (or at the mutually agreed project start date, if later).
- Deliverables may include access to a private dashboard, scheduled consultation calls, Slack/Discord channels, or other digital assets, all described on the checkout page or statement of work (SOW).
- We aim to respond to support requests related to service delivery within one business day.
2.3 Physical Goods – Not Currently Offered
OpportunityLabs.io does not currently sell or ship any physical merchandise. If we introduce physical products in the future, we will add a complete shipping policy to this document before checkout for those items goes live.
3. Return Policy & Process (Physical Goods)
Because we do not sell physical goods, traditional returns do not apply. If a future product line includes physical items, we will post a return‑materials‑authorization (RMA) procedure here. Digital products cannot be “returned,” but they may qualify for a refund under Section 1.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Subscriptions
- You may cancel any time via the self‑service customer portal (link provided in your welcome email) or by emailing billing@opportunitylabs.io.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will not be charged again.
- Access continues until the cycle ends, unless you request an immediate termination (which forfeits remaining time).
- If you cancel within the 30‑day guarantee window (Section 1), we will issue a full refund of that initial payment.
4.2 Workshops & Events
- Full refund up to 7 days before the event (see Section 1).
- Inside 7 days: you may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost by emailing events@opportunitylabs.io.
