OpportunityLabs.io – Stripe Fulfillment Policy

Effective June 3, 2025

This policy satisfies Stripe’s fulfillment‑information requirement and explains how we deliver digital products and subscription‑based services, handle refunds, returns, cancellations, and other customer‑service matters. It will be updated if our business model changes (e.g., we add physical merchandise). Nothing here limits any statutory right you may have under applicable law.


1. Refund Policy

Email philip@opportunitylabs.io with (1) your order number and (2) a brief reason so we can improve. If approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days; Stripe may take another 5–10 days to post it.
Subscription‑based services (analytics dashboard access, coaching retainers, hosted SaaS utilities)30‑day satisfaction guarantee on first billing cycle ONLY• You must notify us within the first 30 days of the initial subscription charge.
• You have complied with our Acceptable‑Use Policy.
• Renewal charges are not refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
Cancel from your customer portal or email billing@opportunitylabs.io. If eligible, we will reverse the initial charge; access will terminate immediately upon refund.
Live workshops / training eventsUp to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start• Ticket may be refunded (or transferred once) free of charge.
• Inside 7 days, only ticket transfer is permitted.
Email events@opportunitylabs.io with your ticket ID and preference (refund or transfer). Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Partial refunds, pro‑rated credits, or account credits are granted only if required by local law or explicitly stated in a separate service contract.

OpportunityLabs.io does not currently sell or ship any physical merchandise. If we introduce physical products in the future, we will add a complete shipping policy to this document before checkout for those items goes live.


3. Return Policy & Process (Physical Goods)

Because we do not sell physical goods, traditional returns do not apply. If a future product line includes physical items, we will post a return‑materials‑authorization (RMA) procedure here. Digital products cannot be “returned,” but they may qualify for a refund under Section 1.
